The Apartment Sleeps Up to 5 People*
The Apartment is a very spacious, clean and comfortable second floor unit with a huge balcony deck. It has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, plus a single bed next to the kitchen area. The Apartment features baseboard heat, air conditioning, wifi, Smart TV, and a bathroom with tub and shower. There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink, as well as all dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Linens, towels, washcloths and soap are provided. Ample parking with convenient outdoor electrical outlets is available for charging batteries or plugging in vehicles on cold winter nights.
*The Apartment and Motel Unit #3 can be connected like shared hotel rooms. This increases the maximum occupancy to 9 people.

2024 Rates: The Apartment
$200 per night for 1 to 4 people.
$50 extra person charge up to max. occupancy
Check-in time is 3 p.m.
Check-out time is at 11 a.m.
All lodging units are complete with bedding, linen and towels.
All lodging units have air conditioning, Smart TV and wifi.
Ample parking is provided. Outdoor electrical outlets are also provided in the parking areas.
Reservations & Cancellations:
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit. Major credit cards accepted.
- Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged a single night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made via telephone at 218-244-7215.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date will be charged the entire reserved stay length.
Pets: Pets are allowed with advance permission and $25 pet fee. An $80 pet cleanup fee will be charged if management determines it is required.
7.88% combined MN state and Itasca County sales tax apply to all charges.
