The Cottage Sleeps Up to 5 People
The Cottage is a very clean and comfortable log building with knotty pine interior that sleeps up to 5 people. It has one bedroom with a double and a single bed, plus two single beds in the main room. The cottage features forced air heat, air conditioning, wifi and Smart TV. There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink with all dishes, silverware, and pots and pans provided. All linens, towels and soap are provided and there is a bathroom with shower. Ample parking is provided and convenient outdoor electrical outlets are available in the parking area for charging batteries or plugging in vehicles on cold winter nights.

2024 Rates: The Cottage
$150/night for 1 to 3 people.
$50 extra person charge – max occupancy – 5.
Check-in time is 3 p.m.
Check-out time is at 11 a.m.
All lodging units are complete with bedding, linen and towels.
Cottage has air conditioning, wifi and a Smart TV.
Ample parking is provided. Outdoor electrical outlets are also provided in the parking areas.
Reservations & Cancellations:
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit. Major credit cards accepted.
- Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged a single night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made via telephone at 218-244-7215.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date will be charged the entire reserved stay length.
Pets: Pets are allowed with advance permission and $25 pet fee. An $80 pet cleanup fee will be charged if management determines it is required.
7.88% combined MN state and Itasca County sales tax apply to all charges.
